Mestre Torpedo, a disciple of Mestre Cabeca, has over 24 years of experience Capoeira, and is a master in the art. He has travelled the world teaching and performing the art of Capoeira with the leading Brazilian dance companies. He performed and taught for months at a time in Argentina , Japan , Spain , USA , Indonesia and Cambodia . He has now chosen Bangkok as his new home.

Mestre Torped arrived in Bangkok in February 2005, and has launched the only Capoeira academy in the country. Mestre Torpedo has commenced a number of School Capoeira programs and also supervises his students in the capital city of Cambodia with monthly workshop visits.
